Just a step from the Rue Mouffetard, renowned throughout Paris for its lively restaurants, cafés and wonderful pictureque daily street market. This is a " listed " area of particular architectural interest, delightful cobbled streets and alleys to explore, with many original medieval façades to admire. The Boulevard St Michel, the Sorbonne, Panthéon, Musée de Cluny, Luxembourg Gardens, Jardin des Plantes, Roman Arènes de Lutèce are but some of the interesting place to visit within easy walking distance. A really good location - around 8 mins. by metro direct to the Marais, the Ile St Louis, not much more to the Louvre, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame etc.  A pleasing well kept early 20th C building with a small elevator to take you to our apartment (some 50m²) on the 5th floor. The narrow balcony affords a great view over the rooftops of Paris. This is a sunny apartment, newly renovated to an excellent standard, with comfortable modern furnishings. There are some nice touches such as the use of decorative stained glass. Attractive polished parquet throughout. All rooms lead off the small entrance hall.
