One of the most sought after and expensive in Paris, the 7th arrondissement is indeed incredibly well located - the Latin Quarter, Boulevard St Germain, the Louvre, Tuileries gardens, Musée d’Orsay, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame and the banks of the Seine are all within an easy walk. The immediate area is particularly safe - the Hotel Matignon, official residence of the Prime Minister is nearby ! Good metro and bus routes.

  • A comfortable family apartment (approx. 105m²) in fine old traditional building, with large windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. Pleasantly decorated and comfortably furnished for family living, with some good antiques.

  • A small hall leads to an attractive spacious Living room, with high ceiling, fine parquet floor, rugs, antiques, comfortable chairs, dining furniture, TV . Separate well equipped Kitchen : with Washer , Dishwasher, Microwave. Three bedrooms off the Living room : Bedroom 1 : carpeted main bedroom with twin beds. Small bedroom 2 : carpeted ; single bed with optional extra trundle bed ; and Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds (new in 2003) that can be pushed toghether and en suite small shower room with basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 redecorated in 2000. Old fashioned bathroom with tub and and shower.. Separate WC. Gas central heating. Initial linen supplied. Local line telephone Initial linen supplied.
